Shipping Timing and Costs
The parcel delivery takes place within 24/48 hours of shipment in Italy , which is carried out immediately after receipt of payment . Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the total weight of the products purchased. Delivery times are however subject to the availability of the goods in our warehouses. The cost of shipments for all Italy and islands are as follows:
- Shipping by courier UPS Standard up to 30 kg single package, including packaging starting from € 9,99 VAT excluded;
- Shipping by courier SDA/BRT/TNT starting from 1 kg, including packaging, the cost will be calculated during the purchase procedure;
- Cash on delivery only for Italy € 3,00 excluding VAT.
Shipping Tracking
Shipments are mainly made by courier UPS or alternatively SDA/BRT/TNT. In the shipping confirmation e-mail you will find, in the first few lines, a link that will take you to the shipper's website where you can find out and follow the progress of your shipment. When the courier makes the delivery you will need to check: That the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package. Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence of these the product is considered delivered correctly.

How to behave in case of damage due to transport If at the unloading of the goods there is damage to the packaging it is necessary express a specific reservation: the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write "I accept with reserve right" SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg. "laundry packaging", "packaging with dent on the right side ...", etc .. Once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, it will be possible to be compensated for the damage suffered. Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package.
