These general conditions of sale have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely by means of a telematic network through the website www.framatek. com owned by FRAMATEK based in Via Sabella, 11 - 92028 Naro (AG).
The purchase transactions will be governed by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree n.206 / 2005, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the discipline of art. 13 of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
The sales methods currently envisaged for the purchases of the products in the Framatek.com catalog are as follows:

Shipping to: Worldwide .
Billing conditions: For companies that need an invoice it is necessary to have a VAT number and fill in all the required fields.
For each order placed FRAMATEK will issue an invoice for the material sent by e-mail to the order holder.
The data provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE
The conditions set out in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract. All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the Internet site corresponding to the address www.framatek.com, where the customer can, in fact, conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions. and the procedures envisaged.
These general conditions of sale must be examined "online" by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.
In accordance with Article 66 bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the jurisdiction will be that of the consumer's residence or domicile if located in Italian territory.
SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHOD
The sales prices indicated on the website www.framatek.com are always expressed in € and include VAT. For EU companies and non-EU subjects, the price indicated is to be considered net.
All prices do not include shipping costs or any additional costs. The total shipping cost will be made known to the customer before confirming the purchase. The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the adhesion given "on line".

DELIVERY
The FRAMATEK company, owner of the website www.framatek.com, will deliver to the customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the selected and ordered products, in the manner provided for by previous article, by couriers.
The risk of damage and perishing of the goods is always borne by Framatek.com during shipment and transport, and is transferred to the consumer only when the latter - or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier - takes physical possession of the goods.
The only exception, established by art. 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, is the case in which the carrier has been chosen by the consumer outside of those proposed by FRAMATEK: in this case, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.
LIABILITY
FRAMATEK assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the agreed time. The FRAMATEK company is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties
